Dr Gary Scheepers

Dr Scheepers a highly regarded and professional dentist with over 20 years of experience in the field. He has worked across three continents until we welcomed him to Silas Street Dental in 2013.

Dr Scheepers is well-rounded across all areas of general dentistry with a special interest in endodontics for which he has trained in a post-graduate diploma. During his years assisting in maxillofacial surgery, he has gained valuable experience in the field of reconstructive dentistry.

He has also worked as a Visiting Dental Officer for Queensland Health, handling most of their paediatric general anaesthetic cases, as well as minor oral surgery procedures. Gary has completed the University of Queensland soft tissue laser training and has also been a part-time university Clinical Supervisor working with and training undergraduate students. He has experience in placing implants and completing the restorative aspect of different implant systems. Gary also has an interest in adult orthodontics.
